由于部分商品需要专属手工制作及人文工艺打理流程，订单提交成立后，请顾客尽快核对确认所有定制资料。
尚未启动制作打理：若商品未开启客制化制作、未进行人文工艺规整处理，顾客可联系客服申请订单修改或取消，最终能否取消以订单实时制作进度为准。
已启动制作打理：若商品已完成以下任意流程：开启客制化精工制作、完成个人定制资料终审、启动专属人文工艺规整、已产生物料、人工及定制服务成本，订单将不支持取消，或需扣除已实际产生的物料、人工及相关定制费用。
客服将在订单启动定制制作与人文工艺处理前，提前告知顾客订单状态、制作流程及相关变更限制，保障顾客知情权益。

二、确认商品与需求

客服将根据顾客需求，协助核对确认商品品类、款式、尺寸、材质、采购数量、个性化定制方案及专属人文工艺打理需求，同步告知预计制作周期与定制费用。
客服仅提供商品参数、工艺特色及国风人文文化科普说明，相关内容不构成命理、医疗、心理、法律、财务等专业指导与建议。

三、确认订单

顾客核对确认商品款式、定价、定制需求、制作周期无误后，通过网站或客服提供的正规渠道完成付款。付款完成不代表即刻启动制作，部分定制订单需客服二次核对资料无误后，方可排入制作队列。

四、制作及工艺打理安排

订单资料终审通过后，我们将根据商品属性，开展精工制作、组装打磨及传统民俗人文工艺规整处理。不同品类商品制作周期不同，整体预计处理时长为：【预计处理时间，例如 5 至 15 个工作日】。
法定节假日、物料备货周期、订单高峰期会适度顺延制作时长，若出现明显延误，客服将提前主动告知顾客。

五、出货及物流

商品制作、工艺规整、质检完成后，我们将第一时间安排发货，物流轨迹更新后会及时为顾客提供物流追踪单号。运输时长受收货地区、物流渠道、海关核验、当地末端配送等因素影响，具体以实际物流进度为准。


【客製化商品說明】

本網站部分商品屬於國風人文主題客製化工藝飾品。依照商品調性及顧客個人偏好，商品可進行以下一項或多項個人化工藝處理：
  • 個人化人文寄語內容確認
  • 傳統民俗人文禮序工藝打理
  • 專屬款式、尺寸、配色、材質定製選擇
  • 個人專屬標識、人文寄語內容核對確認
  • 專屬組裝、手工雕琢、文字篆刻、人文規整工藝處理
所有客製化產品皆依據個人需求手工製作，每件作品具備獨立工藝獨特性，成品紋理與細節無法與其他商品完全一致，屬於正常手工工藝特性。

【Order Cancellation & Modification Policy】

Certain products require tailored handcraft production and cultural aesthetic finishing procedures. Please confirm all customized information promptly after placing your order.
Before Production Commences: If customized production and aesthetic finishing have not started, customers may contact support to request order modification or cancellation. Final approval depends on the actual order progress.
After Production Has Commenced: Orders that have entered customized production, completed information verification, started aesthetic finishing, or incurred material, labor and service costs are non-cancellable. Any incurred costs will be deducted from refunds if applicable.
Customer service will inform customers of order status, production progress and modification restrictions before customized work begins.

2. Product & Requirement Confirmation

Our team will assist customers in confirming product categories, styles, dimensions, materials, quantities, personalized custom solutions and cultural finishing requirements, along with estimated production time and service fees.
All product descriptions and cultural introductions are for aesthetic and cultural appreciation only. They do not constitute professional advice in fortune-telling, medicine, psychology, law or finance.

3. Order Confirmation

After confirming product details, pricing, custom requirements and production timeline, customers shall complete payment via official channels provided on the website or by support staff. Payment confirmation does not trigger immediate production. Certain custom orders require secondary information verification before production scheduling.

4. Production & Aesthetic Finishing

After information verification, we will proceed with handcraft production, assembly, polishing and traditional folk cultural aesthetic finishing. Production time varies by product type. Estimated processing time: 【e.g., 5–15 business days】.
Production may be extended during public holidays, material preparation periods and peak order seasons. Customers will be notified in advance of any significant delays.

5. Shipping & Logistics

Once production, aesthetic finishing and quality inspection are completed, we will arrange shipment and provide a tracking number once logistics information is available. Delivery duration varies based on destination, shipping method, customs inspection and local delivery arrangements.
